People with MS or related neurological disorders can come to the NMSC for an initial or follow-up consultation with a neurologist or specialist in physical nursing and rehabilitation (rehabilitation specialist).

Consultations can also be requested with a wide variety of other medical specialists.

Appointments are made with the polyclinic on the number 02 597 87 25.

What to take to the consultation?

For your administrative records:

• your ID card
• your GP's name, address and phone number
• you don't need to pay any deposit for your consultation; all expenses are arranged via the global hospital invoice
   

For your medical record:

If your medical records have not yet been passed on to the relevant physician in our organisation, it's best for you to bring them with you. This can include:

• a letter from your GP
• a letter from the referring physician
• results from any previous examinations
• radiographs
