Chief outpatient nurse

The outpatient clinic includes the reception, the neurologists' offices, function measurements, the day hospital and the research nurse's office. It also houses the dental service, ophthalmology, psychiatry, radiology and urology. On request, an internist, a gynaecologist, an orthopaedist and a plastic surgeon can be consulted.

Deputy chief outpatient nurse (rehabilitation service-nurse squad)

The rehabilitation department-nurse team is part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. Here, both Dutch- and French-speaking people with MS rehabilitate. Together with the people with MS, we draw up their rehabilitation goals and their individual treatment plan. Our care services emphasise education and guidance in self-care activities. We also perform nursing procedures. Our team ensures close cooperation with family carers, relatives and professional assistance via mail, communication notes and telephone contact.
