The NMSC is authorised by the RIZIV for its multidisciplinary advice provision in the context of requesting mobility assistance from the health insurance.  Before a multidisciplinary performance report (multidisciplinair functioneringsverslag – MDV) is drawn up, there is a consultation with the occupational therapist (1 hour) and the rehabilitation specialist (1 hour) on the same day.  Bring your most recent medical diagnosis and information with you to the consultation with the rehabilitation specialist.
