The most extensive screening consultation is this one with 6 disciplines. This consultation provides contact with a neurologist, rehabilitation specialist, nurse, physiotherapist, social assistant and dietitian in one consultation.

This setting enables a very broad picture of the health and functional condition of the person with MS. The patient is listened to in discussions, questionnaires and tests.

After the consultation, the Transmural MS Team discusses the results of the multidisciplinary screening and will use this as a basis to advise which care programme can most adequately meet the individual requests and requirements of the person with MS.
